The Institution is owned by the ‘Sisters Of Charity’ a body registered under the Meghalaya Societies Registration Act, 7 of 1990 and having its headquarters now at Guwahati, Assam.
Saint Capitanio School, Silchar was opened in the year 2000. It is named after Saint Bartolomea Capitanio, the foundress of the society. We – at St. Capitanio have undertaken the task of creating worthy citizens capable of surging ahead with confidence and commitment for National Integration and global brotherhood. Our aim is to imbibe wisdom along with moral value and create an epitome of excellence.
